PHOENICIA. Arados. Circa 138/7-44/3 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 29 mm, 15.18 g, 12 h), CY 164 = 96/5 BC. Turreted, veiled and draped bust of Tyche to right. Rev. APAΔIΩN Nike standing front, head to left, holding aphlaston in her right hand and palm frond over her left shoulder; to left, ΔΞΡ above 𐤃 above ΔC; all within laurel wreath. BMC 213. Duyrat 3262-5. HGC 10, 72. Harshly cleaned and with a minor scratch on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
